 Poor quality/cropped poster print. Worth 3 bucks, though.Feb 10, 2011

Hello. When I bought it, this print was a little more expensive (but still very cheap) than it's current 2.98 price tag. I would say that 2.98 is about what it's worth. The colors aren't very vibrant, and it's very thin paper. Ships (as expected, at this price) rolled. This is not a framable quality art print (which I did not expect) or a higher quality poster (which I hoped for). This is a Wal-mart quality poster. Worth three bucks, good for dorm rooms, etc. Some of the other "rave" reviews swayed me into hoping that it would be somewhat nicer print than expected. Therefore, I am writing this review to balance those reviews out. I love Klimt, have reasonably low expectations for "posters," and still this disappointed.

This poster is amazing. It was even better than I expected. It arrived late, but I received an e-mail letting me know that the post office had damaged my posted and that the company was sending me a free one in place of the damaged one. I thought that was very considerate. Not to mention the unbeatable price. All in all, a great experience with these guys. I look forward to ordering from them again.

I ordered this same "new" poster twice. I love the print itself and was thoroughly looking forward to framing and hanging it for my wife. The first arrived promptly, but was completely crimped through the middle of the poster (looked as if it had been stored for a while with a rubberband that was way too tight. I immediately contacted Amazon and they sent out a replacement. The replacement just arrived with the same issues (somewhat lesser, but still flawed). I will be requesting a refund this time. Unfortunately, I have two more posters coming from this same Amazon seller. Hopefully the other two will not be in the same condition, but I suspect they will be.
I do want to say that Amazon has been exceptional in this. They have been very prompt with the shipping and replacement.

This was SO much better than I had expected. I got the sort of "basic" framing option - glass with black wood I believe - for my sister-in-law for her birthday. She was blown away by this! Shipping took a while, but it was such a big item and arrived intact, so I can't really complain. This made for an impressive gift - looks much more expensive than it is! :) My sister is a big Klimt fan, so I hope she gets many years of enjoyment from this piece.
